Animation EffectBox helps you to produce animated GIF-files quickly and easy. You can create them constructing animation lists from some set of effects (such as moving objects, small particles, running text, wave, shake, appearance, explosion, changing brightness). Also you can create GIF-files from command line in batch mode. This program has optimization tools for making your GIFs smaller.
