Only 15% of organizer/PIM users say that the software helped them become more efficient. 95% of ActionOutline users, on the other hand, use the program daily, and two thirds estimate it saves them at least 5 hours a week. One person (Duncan MacDonnald) puts it this way: "Others could take lessons from the GUI: less is more. In my view the best and most useful of the 2 pane outliners." This tool IS NOT for everyone, but it can do miracles!
