Video Cut and Split can cut and save a region from any video file. With the help of this powerful program you can cut any selected part from any video and save it. You can split a movie file into two parts at any scene and save them as two movies. You can also save any frame from a movie and save it as an image. For the input formats the program supports AVI, MPEG, WMV, ASF, QT, and MOV, and for the output formats AVI, MPEG and WMV are supported.
